Customer Reviews
Good quality, worth it.
Anyone bought from Retrobad DE? I was looking for a new Toilettenpapierhalter and theirs looked solid. Saved 5% with Vorkasse too, which was nice. Build quality is great.
Nice faucet, easy install
I got a new Waschtischarmatur from Retrobad a couple weeks ago. It looks really good in my bathroom, just like the pictures. Installation wasn't too bad, even for me. It feels sturdy, like it'll last. Pretty happy with it.
WC-Bürstengarnitur arrived quick
Ordered a WC-Bürstengarnitur. It came fast and was exactly as pictured. Good quality. No issues.
Solid purchase, good service
I recently renovated my master bath and decided to go with Retrobad for the main fixtures. I purchased a set of Nicolazzi Zweigriffarmaturen, a matching Aufsatzbecken, and a Handtuchwärmer. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, and I found the product descriptions very helpful for making my choices. Delivery for the larger items like the basin took about 10 days, while the smaller accessories arrived a few days earlier. Everything was incredibly well-packed; no damage at all. I had a small question about the Handtuchwärmer installation, and their customer support responded to my email within a day with clear instructions. The quality of all items is top-notch, exactly what I expected from premium brands. They really complete the vintage look I was going for.
Good quality, slow shipping
I ordered a freestanding bathtub and some matching accessories. The quality of the Gusseisen-Badewanne is excellent, very solid and beautiful. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, around three weeks. Everything was well-packaged, thankfully. The customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products but wish shipping was quicker.
Good value for a new look
I was looking to upgrade my bathroom without spending a fortune. I bought a new Duscharmatur and a matching Duschkopf during their sale. The price was really good compared to other places I checked for similar styles. I also got the Vorkasse Rabatt which saved me a little extra. The items arrived well-packaged and look way more expensive than what I paid. It felt like a smart purchase and definitely worth it for the quality.

Does Retrobad ever do discount codes? I'm eyeing a bunch of stuff for a bathroom remodel and every little bit helps.
Hey, thinking about getting one of those cool freestanding tubs from retrobad.de. Anyone know how long those usually take to ship to, say, Miami, Florida?
How are returns if something doesn't work out? Planning a big order but nervous about getting stuck with a huge sink.
Thinking about getting some bathroom fixtures from Retrobad. How do they compare to Reuter or Megabad? Anyone got experience with both?
Are their fixtures solid brass or some cheaper alloy? Don't want something that'll start corroding in a year.
